When something does not reach your social accounts, the answer is almost always on the article screen itself.
Start with the meta box
Open the article in the editor and look at the Post Ping — Social box in the right column. It shows the status and, when a publication fails, the exact error message returned by Meta.
The three most common causes
First, the network toggle is off in the settings. Second, the article has no featured image — the Instagram feed requires one. Third, the license is not active on this site, which pauses everything.

The same box has a Publish now button, which runs the whole flow immediately instead of waiting for the scheduler.
