Connecting your accounts used to mean generating tokens by hand and copying account IDs. Post Ping replaces all of that with a single login.
How the connection works
Open Post Ping → Settings and go to the Instagram tab. Click Connect with Meta. You are taken to the official Facebook login, where you choose which Page the plugin may use and authorize the permissions. That is it — the plugin discovers your Page and the Instagram professional account linked to it on its own.
What gets stored
The access token is saved encrypted inside your own WordPress database. It is renewed automatically before it expires, so you connect once and never think about it again.
Disconnecting
The same screen has a Disconnect button. You can also revoke access at any moment from Facebook, under Settings → Business Integrations.
